Training - It's an Alban Obsession.
No one knows how to service Cat equipment and engines better than Alban technicians. Our years of experience, combined with the most advanced, comprehensive and continual training programs, has put us at the top of our profession.
Because of Caterpillar's unending stream of new products and product refinements, learning never stops. The introduction of new tools and technology also makes training a constant.
Alban has a staff of well experienced, Cat-certified instructors in earthmoving and engine products. At our regional training centers in Sterling, VA and Elkridge, MD, our instructors train other Cat dealer technicians. Caterpillar computer-based, interactive training - from basic introduction through advanced diagnostics - takes place internally at all of our facilities and is available for use at customer sites. We also provide customer training in preventive maintenance, equipment care and troubleshooting.
