Course provides detailed instruction on use of the SCS900 software for field site applications. GNSS fundamentals, base and rover setup, menu options, site and work orders, folder structure of data, site calibrations, system setup and configurations, measurement methods and options, stakeout of points lines and surfaces, grade stake marking options, configuring info bars, and coordinate geometry are among topics discussed and demonstrated. A certification test will need to be completed by the student with a score of 80% to achieve Trimble Certificate (retests will be available).

Course also provides detailed instruction on use of the GCS software for machine control on site and road construction applications.
